PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a Workforce Analytics Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Sedgwick's Workforce Analytics software. You will act as the product owner, collaborating with various business lines to enhance software utilization, oversee administration, and ensure integration into daily operations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Engineering, implementing, and advocating for Workforce Analytics & Productivity Monitoring software. Identifying system and application requirements. Designing analytics and monitoring architecture while developing comprehensive roll-out strategies. Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols. Troubleshooting applications and integrated devices. Developing innovative technical solutions and tools to support workforce analytics. Leading teams in resolving compatibility challenges between various tools and productivity programs. Conducting software analysis and providing actionable recommendations to management. Collaborating effectively with management on projects from inception to implementation, ensuring clear communication and user engagement. The ideal candidate will proficiently administer and support workforce analytics platforms, focusing on optimal configuration, performance, and data integrity. Responsibilities will include software setup and customization, user management, and ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems, such as HRIS and identity management platforms. Strong skills in data management, report customization, and analytics interpretation are essential. You will engage with stakeholders, deliver training sessions, liaise with software vendors, and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards. QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. A relevant certification from a technical institute would be an advantage. Experience Requirements: Eight (8) years of experience in encryption technologies, digital forensics, and access controls, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in Workforce Analytics applications, such as ActivTrak or Teramind. Familiar with Performance Monitoring applications and compliance auditing. Knowledgeable in operating systems and desktop productivity tools. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively. Competent in Microsoft Office and PC literacy. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Able to generate accurate and constructive reports.
