In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the implementation and refinement of Oracle solutions aimed at modernizing HR processes, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, and beyond. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 year(s) Required Knowledge/Skills: Candidates should possess extensive experience and a proven track record in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle application-based solutions, specifically in: Enhancing business processes using Oracle application-packaged modules such as Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, and others. Recognizing typical challenges faced by clients across various industries. Effectively leading teams and fostering a culture of trust and innovation. Providing constructive feedback to guide team members. Preferred Qualifications: We particularly value expertise in UKG application modules, including: Advanced Scheduling Workforce Dimensions (WFD) design and build proficiency. Creating reports, interfaces, and components for successful UKG solutions. Identifying client needs and delivering impactful solutions. Establishing strong client relationships and articulating the value of our services. Effectively managing resources, project workflows, and budgets. Preparing clear and impactful written and verbal communications. Proactively addressing potential conflicts with flexibility in task management.
