Job Description: The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with technical and business teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support Salesforce-based solutions. The role involves documenting requirements, supporting system design discussions, and helping ensure Salesforce implementations align with business objectives. Requirement/Must Have: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Demonstrated knowledge and achievements on Salesforce Trailhead. Strong experience in requirements gathering and needs analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working with Salesforce platform capabilities including data management and reporting. Experience: Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with Salesforce platform features including reports and dashboards. Experience supporting project documentation including process flows and wireframes. Experience analyzing business processes and recommending system improvements. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. Conduct needs analysis to identify system and process improvements. Collaborate with development and technical teams to support Salesforce-based solutions. Create documentation including process flows, diagrams, and requirement specifications. Support project management activities including requirement reviews and updates. ssist in analyzing Salesforce data management processes and reporting capabilities. Participate in solution discussions and help ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality. Support continuous improvement of business processes and CRM usage. Skills: Salesforce platform knowledge and CRM systems. Requirements gathering and business analysis. Process mapping and workflow diagramming. Data analysis and reporting. Stakeholder communication and collaboration. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Salesforce Platform App Builder certification. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification. Experience working with Salesforce AppExchange solutions. Experience supporting marketing automation or CRM marketing platforms.
