Be a part of our mission to enhance community health and create meaningful change! Humana is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of our Medicaid intake process. In this pivotal role, you will optimize workflows, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and effectively manage essential meetings such as the Medicaid Triage and Product Standup. Refine the Medicaid intake process continuously to proficiently capture, prioritize, and assign requests, adhering to Agility Enablement Hub Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (AEH LACE) principles. Take the lead as the main facilitator for Medicaid Product Standup and Medicaid Triage meetings, promoting clear communication and alignment with portfolio objectives. Work closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams to enhance transparency and accountability in intake and triage activities. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the intake process, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency through stakeholder feedback and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in ongoing prioritization efforts, aligning new work requests with current initiatives and strategic objectives using Lean Portfolio Management principles. Leverage tools like Jira Align and Azure DevOps (ADO) to effectively track requests, manage Kanban boards, and report on KPIs. Ensure compliance with established portfolio management standards while championing continuous process improvements. Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence within the Medicaid product team and across functional partners. Use your skills to make a meaningful impact! Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of five (5) years of product management experience with a strong record in managing intake or triage processes in an agile environment. At least two (2) years of experience leading change management initiatives in a matrixed organization. Solid experience in facilitating meetings and ceremonies within an LPM or SAFe framework. Skilled in Jira Align, ADO, and other portfolio management tools. Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business, technology, or a relevant field. Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Medicaid program operations is highly desirable. Certification in Leading SAFe (SA) is a plus. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is also preferred. Additional Information: Workstyle: This is a remote position. Travel: Up to 10% travel may be necessary for onsite meetings. Typical Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Internet Requirements: A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; a wired, cable, or DSL connection is preferred. Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections may only be approved by leadership. Some remote employees may receive bi-weekly stipends for internet expenses. Humana will provide all necessary telephone equipment for this role. Work from a designated space free from interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Interview Format: Our interview process will utilize technology to streamline our hiring efforts. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The salary range identified is a reasonable estimate for full-time (40 hours/week) employment at the time of posting and may vary based on location and individual qualifications. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
