Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations. Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against budget. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvement and strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. Coordinate and support external audits and tax preparations. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in GAAP, cost accounting principles, and financial reporting. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Bonus QualificationsExperience with ERP system implementations or significant upgrades. Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with M&A due diligence or post-acquisition integration.
