KPMG is looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Manager to join our Consulting organization. In this role, you will: Manage the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, overseeing multiple workstreams from planning to post-engagement support. Facilitate client workshops to present best practices for ITSM, ITOM, or IRM while addressing complex client needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with decision-makers to establish project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development. Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project outcomes as directed by engagement leadership. Support business development efforts, including identification, proposal development, and collaboration with KPMG resources across various service lines. Qualifications: Minimum five years of experience managing enterprise systems in complex environments, with at least three years focused on the ServiceNow platform specifically in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. Completion of at least two full ServiceNow implementations and possession of current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and preferably one additional certification (such as CIS - ITSM, CIS - Risk and Compliance, etc.). Experience leading teams in delivering agile-based projects to meet specific requirements. Travel may be required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
