Job Overview What You Will Be Doing Collaborating with teams and showcasing your independence by co-leading comprehensive solution discovery, tailoring solutions to client needs, managing RFx responses, delivering engaging executive demonstrations, and facilitating proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, which may include hands-on configuration. Industry-Focused Discovery and Design: Engage with executive, HR, Operations, and IT stakeholders to identify specific challenges such as crew/shift scheduling, job-based time capture, complex pay rules, and operational safety. Your expertise will help in architecting targeted Fusion HCM solutions, including submitting use cases for master demo stories that highlight industry pain points and innovation trends. Leadership in Pre- and Post-Sales: Take ownership of RFx strategy and responses, create compelling win themes, deliver engaging persona-based demos, lead hands-on POCs across major HCM modules, and guide post-sale alignment to maximize customer value and references. AI in HCM Champion: Spearhead the integration and demonstration of Oracle's cutting-edge AI capabilities, such as scheduling optimization and predictive workforce insights, demonstrating their tangible business impacts and staying informed on quarterly enhancements. Value and Business Case Creation: Collaborate internally to develop and present ROI models focused on labor cost reduction, compliance, project margin improvement, and other metrics aligned with executive KPIs. Integration and Architecture Advisory: Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on best practices for integrations across HCM, ERP, SCM, and other key external systems, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work together with Solution Engineering, Sales, Consulting, Product, and Industry Strategy teams to align go-to-market strategies, gather feedback for product development, and create scalable assets for broader organizational benefit. Thought Leadership and Engagement: Represent Oracle at industry events and internal briefings, lead training sessions, and contribute thought leadership articles when appropriate. What You Will Bring Extensive HCM expertise encompassing Time and Labor, Payroll, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting, along with an understanding of compliance in multi-country environments. Demonstrated ability to independently navigate complex presales processes, from discovery to solution design and customer engagement. Strong domain knowledge in industries such as multi-venue operations and regulatory compliance. Experience applying AI/ML solutions in HCM scenarios, displaying a commitment to ongoing learning and advocacy. Exceptional communication and engagement skills, able to simplify complex concepts to influence stakeholders. Innovative and hands-on mindset, creating reusable assets and mentoring colleagues on product updates. A proactive approach to guiding customers from vision to adoption while managing risks effectively. Metrics of Success Sales Growth: Increased revenues through new and expanded accounts and improved competitive win rates. Responsibilities As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for producing and leading presales technical and functional support activities for potential clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a mentor for junior Sales Consultants and focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and sophisticated solutions. In addition, you will develop tools and training for increased productivity among Sales Consultants and deliver exceptional Oracle presentations and demos. Range and Benefits: US: The salary range is $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; annual equivalent from $94,500 to $178,100. Eligibility for equity and a commission structure of 65/35 - 80/20 is included.
