In this pivotal role, you will design, build, scale, and maintain the core infrastructure and services that support our applications. Collaborating closely with fellow engineers, DevOps, and data teams, you will ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and meet client demands. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our technology strategy and delivering advanced solutions that align with our strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, overseeing project delivery, and fostering strong client and commercial relationships. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead clients in transforming their businesses with innovative technology solutions. Analyze, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy both new and existing software applications. Collaborate with technical leads, executives, and partners to deliver high-quality systems focusing on reliability and user experience. Oversee the delivery of complex processes and solutions while maintaining quality and effectively managing risks. Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. Design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI, and OpenAPI. Architect and manage containerized applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Develop and optimize data models and queries with PostgreSQL and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy. Promote test-driven development (TDD) practices, including unit and integration testing. Work with cross-functional teams to construct distributed systems utilizing message queues (RabbitMQ) and caching layers (Redis). Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD). Utilize Azure cloud services, including API gateways and object storage. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance and reliability. Participate in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code initiatives as needed. Lead delivery management, project management, and client interactions throughout all phases of projects. Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements. Provide guidance and feedback to teams, influencing performance and recruitment processes. Manage project management and engagement economics. Develop resource plans and budgets for the entirety of the engagement. Skills and Attributes for Success: Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into actionable tasks focused on user outcomes. Passionate about launching commercial software products and platforms. Technologically versatile, committed to continuous learning and adaptation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers. Ensure successful engineering delivery of assigned projects. Engage with stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, risks, and timelines. Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions. Strong emphasis on quality assurance and operational risk management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 5 to 7 years of experience in building scalable software systems. Experience in creating large-scale distributed systems with cloud-native technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Spring Boot, or .Net/.Net Core. Solid foundation in Computer Science principles. Adept at communicating technical solutions to fulfill business needs. Excellent understanding of software design and system architecture.
