KPMG is currently seeking a skilled Manager to join our KPMG Strategy practice. Responsibilities: Conduct HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other transactions for Fortune 1000, mid-market companies, and private equity investors. Collaborate with KPMG's cross-functional due diligence teams to address the HR aspects of integration engagements, focusing on the alignment and merging of compensation and benefits systems. Identify HR exposures in due diligence processes, particularly concerning compensation and benefit plans. Oversee the entire engagement process, from inception to completion, which includes setting project scopes, budgets, staffing, developing client-ready deliverables, and communicating results effectively with clients. Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of growth and learning. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in the design and implementation of health and welfare plans at a leading accounting or benefits consulting firm. Experience with other compensation and benefit plans is a bonus. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Progress toward attainment of FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP, or CEP designations is preferred. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate resources and personnel to achieve project goals. Motivated self-starter with a collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
