Your role as an Inbound Customer Support Representative will include: Receiving inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, and resolving issues effectively. Delivering outstanding service by actively listening and helping callers find the best solutions. Providing professional support in both English and Spanish as required. Requirements for this position: At least one year of consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing role within the last two years. Retail support experience is a plus but not mandatory. A quiet and secure workspace to manage a consistent flow of calls. A wired internet connection with required speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 8GB RAM). A high school diploma or equivalent. A background check will be conducted. Preferred qualifications: Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment (ideally in online bill pay, financial services, or technical support). Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls). No degree required!
