Role Description: We are eager to bring on a Flooring Installation Coordinator whose primary focus will be outstanding customer service. This customer-facing role involves working closely with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and Service Pros contractors to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, overseeing product delivery, scheduling installations, managing the installation process, and following up with customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review work orders for accuracy, verify details, and resolve any product or labor issues. Schedule installations and appointments for customers and contractors. Discuss project specifics with contractors before each installation. Address customer complaints and perform follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and prepare materials for crew load-outs. Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with one to two years of related experience; customer service experience is a plus. Basic technical skills, proficient in using multiple computer screens and familiar with databases, spreadsheets, email, and word processing software/Microsoft Office. Ability to remain organized and efficient to support contractors and customers.
