What You'll Do Innovate solutions using STOA LLM, RAG, and agent evaluation methods, integrating them with Oracle GenAI products. Develop algorithms combining Reinforcement Learning, Adversarial Generation, and data augmentation technologies for automated evaluation. Design and deploy AI-driven applications utilizing cutting-edge Machine Learning techniques and Agentic Workflows. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI Agents to boost automation and enhance decision-making. Collaborate with Oracle Vector Database and other advanced retrieval systems to elevate AI performance. Optimize machine learning models and workflows to ensure high efficiency and reliability in production environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions across various products and services. Engage with both internal and external technical communities to disseminate findings and share innovations. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in AI/ML. A Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, or machine learning; a Ph.D. in AI/ML or statistics is preferred. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML systems and overseeing the AI/ML model development lifecycle. Expertise in Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, and Algorithms. Strong understanding of large-scale distributed or high-performance systems. In-depth knowledge of Agentic Workflows, AI Agents, or RAG architectures. Familiarity with Crew.ai, Langchain, or similar AI development frameworks is a plus. Experience with vector databases, particularly Oracle Vector Database, is advantageous. Background in deploying AI applications/services across major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) is preferred. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering AI-powered solutions from conception to deployment. Strong communication skills and ability to navigate through complex situations. Experience in launching innovative products from introduction to market is highly desirable. Proficient in Python with familiarity in relevant ML/AI libraries. Certain customer-facing roles may require compliance with specific requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $96,800 to $251,600 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
