The Dupaco Manchester Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of member relationships and staff development within the branch. #DupacoDifference. Supervise and provide coaching and development for employees to ensure employees are engaged and effectively meeting expectations of their jobs. Budget, monitor and approve operational expenses including training, workforce, and other department expenses. Create and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships through internal peer groups / focus groups as well as various industry and/or community organizations both regionally and nationally. Monitor current trends and insights brought forward by various surveys or other voice of the employee and member methods. Exhibit overall Dupaco Leadership skills such as initiative, change management, and project management. Job Expectations Oversee all daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing members and seek opportunities to deepen member engagement. Meet or exceed branch revenue, profitability, and growth targets through effective sales and business development strategies. Recruit, hire, and onboard new branch employees, ensuring staffing needs are met. Provide training and mentoring to the branch staff as it relates to member service and individual career development. Assist in developing, implementing and tracking of branch goals, strategies and incentives. Provide facilities management and administer security procedures for the branch. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
