SUMMARY: The Branch Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of a full-service branch office. This position encompasses operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and ensuring security and safety in line with Lendmark Financial Services' objectives. The manager will drive new business opportunities, uphold a high standard of customer relations, and foster a culture of sales and service by mentoring staff and motivating them towards success. Achieving individual and branch sales targets through new business sales, referrals, and account retention is essential. Leadership, training, and supervision are fundamental aspects of this role, along with delegating daily operations to the Assistant Branch Manager or other team members. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Motivate and lead staff to achieve goals related to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency, and management of expenses. Make loan decisions up to predefined lending limits, finalize consumer loans, and manage collections for accounts in critical delinquency stages while following state and federal regulations. Proactively develop business relationships within the community and promote products and services to meet sales objectives. Oversee hiring, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and terminations when necessary. Also establish lending authority for team members. Maintain high-quality client service, assist clients in implementing solutions, and monitor overall satisfaction. Perform any other duties as needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. 3-5 years of experience in consumer finance or related industries. Skills in personnel management and budgeting. Strong communication, organization, and sales abilities. Proficient in using loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word applications. PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the industry. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Willingness to relocate. COMPENSATION: Competitive salary based on job responsibilities and the specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate. This position is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance criteria. WORKING CONDITIONS: Standard office environment.
