In this pivotal leadership role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our fundraising initiatives, which include public and private grants, individual donations, and major gift campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to our mission, demonstrate at least 7 years of successful fundraising experience, and have a proven track record of securing philanthropic gifts and managing government funding. You will work in close collaboration with our CEO and Board to define fundraising priorities that align with our organizational goals and stay ahead of philanthropic trends to implement innovative practices. Key responsibilities include: Expanding and diversifying our donor base Managing a portfolio of key major donors Overseeing donor engagement and stewardship Leading and mentoring a high-performing team Fostering a culture of philanthropy across the organization Developing and managing the annual fundraising budget The ideal candidate will be a strategic, bold, and resilient leader, capable of uniting teams around shared objectives and inspiring stakeholders with a clear, compelling vision.
