Our team works closely with leaders across the organization to assess user requirements and continuously maintain and enhance existing applications. As a Lead SAP Pricing Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert in the OTC Pricing & Rebates domain within our SAP landscape, which includes ECC and S4 systems. This role requires strong partnerships with senior business and IT leaders, implementation partners, and key stakeholders, focusing on delivering comprehensive SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your advanced understanding of SAP ECC & SAP S4 to effectively support and enhance business operations. Lead design decisions, perform fit/gap analysis, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Act as a subject matter expert for the Pricing function within the SAP Center of Excellence. Provide technical guidance and solutions to teams addressing complex challenges. Collaborate with various business partners to estimate efforts for new functionalities and drive business cases. Engage with senior-level business leaders to navigate intricate system processes. Follow the strategic direction set by the segment and execute on priority goals effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. 10+ years of hands-on, expert level experience in large-scale ERP programs with a focus on SAP OTC, Pricing, and Vistex preferred. Experience leading complex systems implementation while designing, deploying, and providing hyper-care support is favored. Thorough understanding of SAP OTC processes with a strong focus on Pricing is required. Practical experience configuring Condition tables, Conditions types, Access sequences, Pricing procedures, and related records is essential. Familiarity with OTC-FI and Vistex-FI integration is a plus. Understanding of Vistex Chargebacks, Billbacks, Agreements, and Memberships is desirable. Experience configuring Vistex Composite and Transactional IP architecture is advantageous. Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems (EDI, Middleware tools, API management) is preferred. Working knowledge of various SAP integrations such as IDocs and EDI (850, 855, 810, 832, 844, 845, 849, 867) is preferred. ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus. Experience in a S4/HANA environment is highly valued. Understanding S/4 Condition Contracts and Settlement management is a plus. Experience with SAP integrations regarding SLT, HANA Models, and similar technologies is beneficial. Proven ability to interact with senior business leaders and lead blueprinting sessions is preferred.
