The Patient Service Representative encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary customer service at Riverview Health. Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of confidentiality and productivity are required by the Patient Service Representative. Patient Service Representative Job Functions: Patient Check in/out Chart Organization Make Appointments and referrals Document Patient Phone Calls Register/ update Demographic and Insurance Information Collect Co-Payments and post outstanding balances Maintain office supplies Maintain a Positive Attitude Patient Service Representative Job Requirements: Minimum Education: High School diploma or the equivalent Minimum Experience: Previous medical office experience Preferred: Specialized training in secretarial skills and at least 1 year of medical office experience.
