Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Inpatient Brook Lane Hospital Hagerstown, MD $335,000 Salary + $250,000 Sign-On Bonus + Up to $50,000 Relocation Position Highlights $335K base salary $250K sign-on bonus Up to $50K relocation assistance 7 on / 7 off schedule (10-hour days) 100% inpatient - no clinic responsibilities Manageable caseload ( 16 patients) Teaching opportunities with psychiatry residents, medical students, NP and PA programs Full benefits including CME, malpractice, retirement, PTO, and health coverage Practice Details 38-bed Child & Adolescent Inpatient Program (average census 32) Units serving ages 8-17 Average length of stay: 8-10 days Common diagnoses: ADHD, depressive disorders, trauma, autism spectrum disorders, ODD, adolescent substance use Admissions primarily from regional emergency departments Team-Based Care Work alongside a strong multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including: Nurses & Mental Health Associates Social Workers & Counselors Psychologists Discharge Planning Team Medical Consult Services All staff are trained in CPI de-escalation and safety protocols, with security support and systems designed to maintain a safe care environment.
