Sr Analyst - Global Trade Compliance - Audits & ValuationJob SummaryThe Sr Analyst, Global Trade Compliance will be part of a global team that will oversee the corporate trade audit program within Cardinal Health. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation and continued development of an effective trade/customs audit program, thus enabling the Cardinal Health businesses and functions as well as other business partners to comply with relevant import and export laws and regulations. This role will have regional focus/responsibility but will work very closely with various Cardinal Health businesses and functions as well as other business partners on a global level.Responsibilities Assist with post-entry transaction audits within agreed timelines (monthly or other) Support site audits based on the risk matrix, in collaboration with external service providers. Assist with targeted ad hoc audits (e.g. classification, valuation, free trade agreement, etc.) Assist and support external audits & responses to government inquiries. Contribute to the maintenance of the audit scorecard for post-entry corrections and/or systemic fixes. Support the development & implementation of relevant SOPs and training as needed. Assist with the company's customs valuation program (e.g. reconciliation, assists, intercompany transfer pricing, etc.) Qualifications Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. 2+ years' experience in related field, preferred. Foundational knowledge of applicable trade/customs regulations. Exposure to customs valuation topics preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Strong focus on compliance and process improvements Experience with trade compliance systems or data analytics tools is a plus Knowledge of valuation methods and first sale preferred Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
