Compensation and Benefits: $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Full-Time Team Members receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, lean management training, and numerous other employee discount benefits through our HR provider LL Roberts.     What You'll Be Doing: As part of our Golf Course Maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our grounds healthy, safe, and visually stunning. Your work will directly impact member satisfaction and the overall guest experience.You will: Maintain golf course turf, bunkers, greens, and landscaping to high playability standardsOperate and maintain mowers, tractors, and course equipmentApply fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with regulatory requirementsMonitor course conditions, identify issues, and recommend solutionsAssist in irrigation management, repairs, and seasonal adjustmentsSupport daily course setup and project-based improvementsWork closely with leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environmentFollow all safety procedures while reporting hazards and supporting a safety-first culture  What We're Looking For:  3–5 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf managementHigh School Diploma required; 2-year Agronomy Degree preferredAdvanced understanding of turf care, equipment operation, and regulatory complianceState pesticide application certification (or willingness to obtain/maintain—required)Valid driver’s licenseStrong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA commitment to professionalism, respect, and quality service Environment:This role is hands-on, active, and outdoors.
