Employment Type:Part timeShift:12 Hour Night ShiftDescription:We are seeking to hire a part time Clinical Coordinator at our Saint Alphonsus Nampa Hospital. This position will be located at our Medical Center (off I-84 and Garrity Blvd.Functions as the Clinical Coordinator of patient flow and throughput. Highest ranking administrative authority working under the guidance of the AOC (Administrator on Call) responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling activities for the clinical services. Supports the management and clinical activities in all areas of the hospital.Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding patient care for patients and their families. You will coordinate patient flow and throughput by planning, organizing, and controlling activities for the clinical services on assigned shifts. You need to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.License/Certification/Experience Requirements: A current RN license is required prior to Hire· IDAHO ONLY: Colleagues establishing residency while using Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.· All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date. American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC required within 6 months of hire Bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of acute care experience is required. An additional three years of experience in acute hospital setting plus one year of supervisory experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Supervisor and/ or related experience in Critical Care or Rapid Response) may substitute for the degree.
