About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Pricing Senior Lead Analytics Consultant. This role supports the Auto lending business by providing analytical insights that drive pricing and profitability strategies.In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Wells Fargo Develop, test, analyze and implement strategies to achieve the financial objective relevant to macro-economic conditions Work closely with cross functional team (Tech, Product, Risk, Operations) to drive impact on a given product, problem, or initiative Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to use imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations Experience with scripting languages to develop analytics automation Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills based on analytics Strong skills using statistical/data science tools such as SAS, R, Python, etc. Lead development of visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Ability to execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to develop and integrate statistical and analytical approaches to pricing activities to optimize performance and gain strategic insights Proven ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels to make high-impact decisions and complete challenging assignments Strong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity while dealing with credit and operational problems Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
