Pharmacy Technician - Call Center

This is a Call Center Pharmacy Technician role that will be fully onsite Monday-Friday. The client is located in the Grassmere Park area of Nashville.Shift: Monday-FridayPay: $24/hrJob Duties: Handling phone calls from patients and doctors 40-50 calls a day Confirming prescriptions Answering questions about prescriptions Entering prescriptions into database Will work on a scripted outbound dialer Skills:Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license, data entry, pharmacy technician certificateQualifications 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Must have state of TN Pharmacy Technician license Strong customer service/call center skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment #priorityeastJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
