Don't wait... apply today!Job Description:Job Description: The Office Manager will be the front-line face at our client’s corporate headquarters. It will focus on helping create a more productive work environment while ensuring that their clients and colleagues get the support they need. This position will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, so it is vital to be organized, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven, with a background in office administration. To be successful in this role, you should have a warm demeanor, maintain a positive attitude, and be flexible to jump in where needed. Roles & Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors, answer the phones and sign for deliveries during established business hours. Manage multiple Outlook calendars for company leadership and meeting rooms, always ensuring to meet the executive needs. Ensure that all company-wide internal correspondence is distributed as paper memos and posted on the company intranet. Monitor supplies and inventory for office and break room; submit purchase requests to management when necessary. Keep front office and break room tidy throughout the day. Coordinate delivered meals to the office and assist with set up / clean up. Coordinate and plan company social events that take place during and after business hours. Scheduling reservations, planning décor or materials, and attending outside of business hours as needed. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain electronic and physical files and records with effective filing systems. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.). Deal with customer complaints or issues; escalate when needed. Submit expense reports for applicable senior leaders. Assist in vendor relationship management. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.). Commercial & Sales Responsibilities Assist with projects as requested to successfully implement various software. Assist with administration of automation tools, configuration, training, and reporting as requested by the Client Success Team. Assist with Salesforce administration regarding implementation and training as needed. Assist the proposal team with writing, editing, and managing proposals as requested. Required Experience / Qualifications › Associate Degree in Business or a related field required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 2+ years experience in office administration Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, "back-office," and accounting software Strong written and oral communication skills; exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to speak professionally with others to convey information effectively Are you interested ?
