Bookkeeper Position We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in Sherman Oaks, California. This role involves managing essential accounting functions in a collaborative office environment while providing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and a commitment to accuracy in financial processes. Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and process payroll tax returns in a timely manner. Collaborate with clients to address their financial needs and eventually take on direct client interaction. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to maintain smooth financial operations. Reconcile bank accounts to ensure proper alignment of financial records. Support various accounting functions in a small-office setting as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management. Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Experience preparing payroll tax returns with attention to detail. Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
