As a Seasonal Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you'll play a critical role in safely transporting goods to and from manufacturing plants, retail, and distribution centers. What You'll Do: Safely operate a Non-CDL truck to transport goods to assigned destinations. Organize loads in a logical manner and ensure they're securely fastened to prevent damage during transport. Safely unload goods at destination and obtain signatures or warehouse scans to complete deliveries. Assist in mapping out delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with dispatch as needed and confirm contents match the manifest document. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip. Check weather conditions and road reports before departure. Keep your vehicle clean and perform routine maintenance (fueling, tire pressure, oil change). Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues. Follow delivery schedule and rest at appropriate times for safety. Maintain driving and delivery logs, track working hours, and ensure safety compliance. Obey all traffic laws and weather/road conditions while maintaining safety as a priority. What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED (preferred). Valid Class D driver's license required. DOT Medical Card (preferred) Clean driving record with no moving violations. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance (refuel, check tire pressure, etc.). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Proficient with GPS and routing systems. Must be 18 years of age. Strong sense of direction and alertness on the road. Physically and mentally fit to drive and perform duties safely. Disciplined and focused, with a high level of composure and stress management. Physical Requirements: At least 20/40 vision with corrective lenses and a 70-degree field of vision in each eye. Good hearing ability to work as a truck driver and pass a physical exam required by regulations.
