Requirements What You'll Do (Essential Functions) You'll support the day-to-day marketing and communication efforts for the Club, including: Content Creation & Communication Create written and visual content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates and event flyers. Design and support production of print materials like brochures, menus and seasonal campaigns. Capture photos and short videos of events, amenities and member experiences. Edit and proofread communications to ensure clarity, tone consistency and professionalism. Digital & Social Media Manage the Club's social media calendar and publish engaging posts across approved platforms. Monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely, professional manner. Track post engagement and assist with SEO, boosted posts and digital advertising efforts. Event Marketing & Member Engagement Design flyers, posters and digital graphics for events. Partner with Club departments to promote programs and ensure consistent communication. Attend select Club events to capture content and ensure on-brand presentation. Brand & Administrative Support Maintain brand consistency across all platforms using the Club's Brand Guide. Organize marketing archives, templates, and photo libraries. Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination and marketing project support. Who You Are A new college graduate or early-career marketer (13 years of experience; internships count!). Strong eye for visual design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro. A creative thinker who enjoys bringing ideas to life through design, writing and video. Organized, detail-oriented and excited to work on multiple projects at once. Friendly, professional, and comfortable collaborating across departments.
