Our highly respected practice in Chester County, Pennsylvaniais seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join the team. With one senior surgeon transitioning toward retirement over the next few years, this opportunity offers a clear pathway for the right associate to grow into long-term partnership within a mature, high-demand environment. The incoming surgeon will step into an established schedule, a loyal referral base, and a practice culture defined by collaboration, stability, and patient-centered care. The practice offers a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants and full-arch reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, oral pathology, and hospital-based procedures. Patient demand consistently exceeds current surgical capacity, allowing the incoming surgeon to build production quickly while benefiting from a steady and established referral network that has developed over decades. The practice operates out of two modern surgical offices serving growing and affluent communities within Chester County, both designed for efficiency, patient comfort, and high-level surgical care. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with a productivity-based bonus structure designed to reward growth while providing stability during ramp-up.
