Outlet Manager As an Outlet Manager at the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and create an atmosphere where our guests can savor the good life with inspiring food and beverage. You will champion the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort program by producing and serving signature Starbucks coffee drinks with hospitality and style. Essential job functions include: Assisting with training and following recipes to spec. Assisting the Director of Outlet with seasonal specials and rollouts. Assisting the Director of Outlet with weekly scheduling. Completing requisitions and assisting the Director of Outlets with ordering. Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring daily side work is completed by team members. Required skills and abilities include: Ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Ability to communicate well with guests. Willingness to "pitch in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to use the point of sale. Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds. Ability to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds. Performance standards include: Customer satisfaction, work habits, and safety & security.
