Responsibilities As a key member of our People Services team, you will be responsible for: Enrolling new employees in orientation as they begin employment and host biweekly new hire orientation session Managing 90-day check-in and offboarding surveys Administering wellness program onboarding and offboarding process, including monthly employee communications Maintaining and updating labor law posters Administering anniversary award program, including tracking milestones and coordinating recognition Processing separation notices and distributing required state documentation Creating company newsletter by partnering with communities and corporate teams Providing ADP login support and assisting with password reset Maintaining and updating job descriptions Processing department invoices Supporting general office duties including mail distribution, deliveries, and ordering supplies Acting as a back-up to Office Manager Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred Strong organization skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office What Simpson Can Offer You: As an industry leader, we understand what it takes to be successful in today's competitive marketplace. Pay Range: $22.73 - $26.00 per hour This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
