The facility features a growing Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and surgical department with state-of-the-art technology, including the Epic EMR system for seamless documentation and care coordination. Opportunity: BLS,PALS,ABLS,Board Certified,Board Eligible,DEA - Michigan This is an exceptional opportunity for an Anesthesiologist with Critical Care fellowship training to join a collaborative and innovative department focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement. The position offers a balance of ICU and OR responsibilities with teaching opportunities. Job Details:Provide 8-12 weeks per year of service in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), including home call coverageOversee a growing team of APPs managing complex post-operative patientsDeliver comprehensive anesthesia services during non-ICU weeks, including OR coverage, obstetric anesthesia, and healthy pediatric casesShare OR call duties proportionally based on ICU coverageWork with an experienced, multidisciplinary team in a Level 2 Trauma CenterParticipate in clinical decision-making, protocol development, and care coordinationEngage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and APPsMust be fellowship-trained in Critical Care MedicineMust be Board Eligible (becoming Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in AnesthesiologyMust have or be willing to obtain Michigan license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEAOpen to H1B and J1 Visa candidates Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
