Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties Serving as a confidential assistant to the Economic Stability Manager Responding to agency and individual inquiries regarding SNAP policies and procedures. Handling telephone inquiries, screening calls, routing requests, and managing correspondence. Preparing, composing, reviewing, proofreading, and editing official correspondence, handouts, reports, and meeting materials. Maintaining calendars, schedules, shared directories, and pending files. Receiving, distributing, and preparing incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, and conference calls, and preparing agendas, materials, and binders. Creating and maintaining comprehensive office filing systems for the unit. Serving as liaison with Telecommunications for repairs, additions, and resolving equipment or billing issues. Acting as Property Control Manager, maintaining inventory records.
