In this role, you'll be working directly with small electronic devices used to monitor temperature-sensitive shipments, while also serving as a go-to resource for assemblers on the production floor. Why apply: Strong training and onboarding program Facility tour before you start Opportunity to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on Multiple growth paths into higher-paying positions Company that values and supports its employees As an Assembly Team Lead, you will: Lead by example while performing hands-on assembly, disassembly, and reassembly of electronic devices Support, guide, and help train assemblers while reinforcing standard work and quality expectations Configure, program, and label electronic devices while monitoring workflow, productivity, and quality Perform quality checks, count and document units, and ensure accurate records Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns and help maintain a safe, organized work area Electronic Assembler Schedule: Swing Shift: 3:00 pm 11:30 pm Pay: $23-24/hr.
