Pain Management Physician BC/BE Job location: Lorton, VA Job type: Full-time / On-site Shift: Days Job description: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This full-time role will provide services across our Lorton and Fredericksburg locations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interventional pain procedures, a commitment to evidence-based care, and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary treatment. This position focuses on procedural and rehabilitative pain management and is not primarily medication management-based. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, vascular, and post-surgical pain.Perform advanced interventional pain procedures, including but not limited to:Epidural steroid injectionsFacet joint injectionsRadiofrequency ablation (RFA)Spinal cord stimulator trialsPeripheral nerve blocksTrigger point injectionsDevelop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans incorporating interventional techniques and rehabilitative therapies (PT/OT). Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or a related specialty.Fellowship training in Pain Medicine (required).Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.Unrestricted Virginia medical license (or eligibility to obtain).Active DEA registration and controlled substance license.Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills.Commitment to patient-centered, multidisciplinary care.
