Locums Pulmonologist needed in Central Michigan Location: Midland, Michigan Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing, 3 months minimum commitment Coverage: Monday-Thursday 8a - 5p & Friday 8a - Noon, No Call Requirements: Active, unrestricted MI license Clean DEA, Cs3 & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases) BE/BC Pulmonologist 3 Professional References that have worked with provider within 18 months 12 patient Logs within 6 months minimum Minimum 1 year experience Diagnostic Bronchoscopies preferred (not required) Support available: APP, RN, MA Rate: Give me your best rate and I will negotiate it with the Client Volume: 15 patients/day Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
