Oversees controlled substance programs, diversion prevention efforts, and compliance with DEA and institutional policies. Conducts advanced audits and operations reviews to advise on inventory integrity analytics, cost containment strategies, medication shortage mitigation, and supply chain resilience. Leads system-wide medication safety initiatives, including risk mitigation, error prevention, and safety education. Facilitates root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
