Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment located in Kearny Mesa. This role will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the office operates efficiently during a busy period. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations during a temporary assignment Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist internal staff and visitors in a professional manner Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and leadership Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases, and assist with updating internal records and reports Prepare, format, and distribute documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring documents are easily accessible Assist with general office coordination including ordering supplies, organizing materials, and supporting administrative projects Position Details: Onsite work schedule Contract role Compensation: $19.00 per hour Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now we are conducting interviews immediately!
