Mail Fulfillment Operator The Mail Fulfillment Operator runs mail processing equipment for the company's in-house print shop includes setting up and monitoring equipment, as well as quality checking the finished products. This role is responsible for high-quality, on-time work with accurate piece counts for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume fulfillment environment. This role is required onsite at our Richardson, TX location. 2 shifts available: 6am-3pm or 11am-8pm Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate mail inserting equipment. Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. Complete jobs in priority order and ensure adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels. Continually monitor quality and equipment to ensure proper operation. Follow quality control standards. Prepare mail for delivery to post office and/or third-party delivery services with correct labels and packaging. Track piece counts and ensure QR code tracking software is updated and accurate. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Replenish and stock mail supplies in the work area. Conduct mail supply inventory and notify supervisor of upcoming shortage. Provide a high-level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with vendors and team members.
