Concrete Finisher We are seeking a skilled Commercial Concrete Finisher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pouring, finishing concrete, and performing general labor tasks. This role involves reading plans and blueprints, and using basic hand tools, levels, power tools, and saws daily. Responsibilities Pour and finish concrete for commercial projects. Read and interpret blueprints and plans accurately. Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and saws effectively. Work on large, graded areas and commercial job sites. Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety. Essential Skills Proven experience in concrete finishing (2-4 years) in residential and commercial settings. Proficiency with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and concrete polishing. Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Possess a non-union mentality with a strong team orientation. Ownership of a tool belt or personal tools. Working knowledge of power tools, equipment, and various construction materials. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHAMBERSBURG, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
