Construction Estimator - Court Construction

Job Description Job Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and sports facility construction? Join our team as a Construction Estimator and play a pivotal role in the development of premier tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts across Florida. This onsite position, based in either Pompano Beach or Tampa , offers the chance to manage complex bids and contribute directly to our company's growth in a specialized industry. The Role As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates and comprehensive proposals for a wide range of projects, including tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, as well as specialized concrete, fencing, and lighting projects. Key ResponsibilitiesEstimate Development: Compile labor, material, and vendor costs to prepare job cost estimates using proprietary Excel programs and QuickBooks.Bid Management: Analyze subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and maintain updated master vendor and cost sheets.Documentation: Create essential project documents including proposals, work orders, change orders, and contracts.Budgeting & Analysis: Study project plans to prepare construction budgets, resolve cost discrepancies, and summarize weekly trend reports.Communication: Coordinate with corporate and local teams to ensure continuity and document all project requirements and irregularities. What You BringExperience: A minimum of two years of estimating experience.Technical Proficiency: 100% proficiency in Excel, NetSuite, Box, and QuickBooks . You must be comfortable navigating AI networks and working across multiple screens.Language Skills: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency to coordinate with vendors; C1 (Advanced) is preferred for contract negotiations and preparing client-facing presentations.Core Values: A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and a growth mindset.
