Now Hiring for: Part Time Salary Range: $17.87 per hour. Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual's unique talent? If yes, how you will contribute to the team: As an Admissions Assistant you will work in coordination with Business Development function to attract suitable candidates for admission and integrate them seamlessly into the system. You will establish and maintain a constant working relationship with all potential referral sources, conduct tours and pre-admission interviews with prospective resident/responsible party and explain all facility services. Our Admission Assistant receives and reviews all inquiries regarding facility admissions via telephone, email, fax and in person. Extracts information from referral and completes information sheet for team review. He/she will also review admissions for suitability with Administrator, Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager, as appropriate, for admissions decision. Must haves: Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Nice to have: 1-2 years of Customer Service / Receptionist experience Strong background in Assisted Living We believe in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
