Operations Support Representative The Operations Support Representative (OSR) supports GovDeals Account Managers and the Client Operations Support Group by managing project-based initiatives and executing recurring daily and weekly tasks that drive value across GovDeals auctions, including quality control and bid deposit activities. This role also plays a key part in supporting Full-Service projects, where GovDeals manages multiple aspects of the sales process traditionally handled by self-directed clients. The OSR serves as a primary point of contact, collaborating closely with internal GovDeals teams and coordinating with buyers and third-party partners to ensure seamless transactions and timely issue resolution. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Performance in this role is measured by the effectiveness and successful execution of assigned projects and processes. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of auction processes for full-service clients, including auction setup, coordination, and title administration. Manage client communications, buyer inquiries, and pickup correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate the processing of defaulted sales based on buyer responses and seller direction. Provide operational support for real estate sales initiatives, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with standards. Facilitate coordination between Account Managers, Finance, and Customer Service to efficiently manage the growing volume of bid deposits. Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of new auction listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Monitor GovDeals.com daily to identify restricted asset categories and undertake appropriate action in accordance with organizational policies. Respond to inbound prospect inquiries and ensure accurate and timely routing of contact information to the appropriate business development team. Administer certificates of insurance and manage vendor registration processes in alignment with proposal team requirements. Maintain, review, and update all site documentation, focusing on addressing outdated materials and ensuring information integrity across all platforms. Generate, update, and maintain a wide range of reports, such as invoice/payment reports, tax documentation, and specialized reports as requested by leadership. Participate in testing and validation of internal software tools and product stages to support ongoing process improvements and quality assurance. Contribute to the success of ongoing projects and provide support for future initiatives such as Aged FSS Management, Auction Event Management, and the CAG Heavy Equipment Team. Qualifications Education/ Experience: Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred. 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment. 2+ years of experience in online auctions or sales. Experience handling independent projects with minimal supervision. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Skills and Ability: Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill project objectives Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish. Work Conditions/ Physical Demands This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in an area with reliable high-speed internet service and cellular phone coverage. Additionally, candidates must ensure a quiet work environment during business hours. Travel Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or business needs (up to 10%). Pay & Benefits Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this position is $19.4 to $25 hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
