Site Manager - Restaurant Construction

Site Manager In the Site Manager role, you will report to the Field Operations leadership team and serve as the on-site leader for fast-paced restaurant projects. Oversee all daily site operations and schedule adherence for fully subcontracted projects Coordinate and manage all trade partners, ensuring quality and on-time delivery Maintain a clean, professional site presence and provide consistent client updates Drive project timelines with strict adherence to milestones and target dates Ensure safety compliance and company standards across all phases of the build Troubleshoot field issues and escalate critical items to leadership Represent the business professionally with owners, consultants, and partners MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. For the Site Manager role we are seeking: MUST HAVE PRIOR COMMERCIAL SITE MANAGER EXPERIENCE Experience managing restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) construction projects Strong schedule management skills with a proven ability to drive subcontractors Professional, polished communication style with high client-facing confidence Familiarity with the Atlanta subcontractor market Ability to travel for future projects following completion Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a structured jobsite Experience with technology used for daily reporting and schedule management What's on Offer: Base salary: $90,000-$105,000 $600/month vehicle allowance Fuel card provided $50/day per diem Hotels covered by employer Per-project bonuses up to $3,000 based on schedule performance Quarterly profit-sharing If you are an experienced Project Manager in retail construction seeking a rewarding opportunity we encourage you to apply today!
