Senior Facilities Project Manager The Senior Facilities Project Manager leads complex, large enterprise-level capital, construction, and renovation projects throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing the project design, budget, timeline, documentation, and quality. as well as communication across all stakeholder audiences. Educate project teams on project lifecycle methodology and best practices. Develop, manage and lead the Facilities Capital maintenance program, overseeing lifecycle upgrades, major repairs, and strategic investments to ensure asset longevity and operational efficiency. The role serves as the senior subject matter expert (SME) in construction project management, contract administration, capital governance, and provides leadership to facilities project management staff. Your contribution to the team includes: Develop and execute full life cycle of large-scale construction and renovation projects in alignment with HealthPoint priorities. Partner with senior leadership in support of strategic planning; to prioritize and align projects and initiatives to the organization's strategic plan. Responsible for leading and harmonizing with diverse internal and external partners, including venders, clients, and cross-functional to ensure cohesive delivery and mutual success. Develop and lead methodology for project intake, assessment, prioritization and approval for capital projects in alignment with EPMO intake process. Partner with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define project plan, work breakdown structure, requirements, scope, milestones, deliverables, and budget. Develop, manage, and continuously improve the Facilities Capital Maintenance Program, including lifecycle upgrades, major repairs, and strategic reinvestment initiatives. Provide expert oversight of architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Lead procurement, logistics, delivery, and installation of FF&E for capital projects. Perform constructability reviews, peer reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, drawing takeoffs, and phasing assessments. Responsible for the direct administration of contracts, encompassing the bidding process, vendor negotiations, change management protocols, and the resolution of contractual disputes. Oversee and lead project controls including schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, PCOs, change orders, payment applications, inspections, and reporting. Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely documentation including meeting minutes, schedules, cost reports, and risk logs. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks; escalate issues as appropriate to leadership. Represent the organization in design reviews, construction progress meetings, regulatory interactions, and partner engagements. Coordinate operational transitions including clinic, office, or pharmacy relocations. Lead project closeout activities including quality control, training, warranties, O&M manuals, record drawings, and final turnover documentation. Create and maintain project management templates, tools, standards, and artifacts. Provide functional leadership and mentorship to facilities project management staff. May be responsible for hiring, performance management, talent development, employee relations, recognition and training of staff by providing effective leadership. Ensure all work is completed in support and enhancement of the objectives and goals of the organization. Conduct department operations using HealthPoint's LEAN Management System methodologies to identify waste, determine system improvements, and implement changes through a structured process. Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Attend staff meetings, in-service meetings and participate in agency committees and task force activities as required. Must have's you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience will be considered in lieu of a four-year degree. Typically requires six to seven (67) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities or construction project management, including experience managing complex capital construction and renovation projects. Experience supporting or managing LEED-certified projects preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of construction project management methodologies, capital project governance, contract administration, and project controls required. Experience working with project management systems such as eBuilder, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Construction-related certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are strongly preferred. Construction certification is required. Valid Washington State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record determined by HealthPoint's insurance carrier. Ability to read and interpret technical and other complex documents. Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and/or external clients. Prepare routine reports for management review. Conduct meetings and communicate project priorities and issues to the appropriate stakeholders through clear, detailed and concise communication. Strong Supervisory and team management skills. Advanced ability to operate computers and related software programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft project, and Project management software. Experience with Smartsheet preferred. Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start. HealthPoint does not accept the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine as proof of vaccination.
