This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications: Direct experience required for some positions Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role High school Diploma/GED desired Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management Must have the ability to meet or exceed sales, guest service standards Must be comfortable working and speaking with the public Must have basic computer skills Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and ability lift/carry up to 30 lbs Clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators necessary to drive sales CardVault by Tom Brady is redefining the sports collectibles industry.
