Construction Safety Leaders - Ready to Elevate an Established Program? A growing telecommunications and structured cabling contractor in the Phoenix area is hiring a Safety Manager! This is not a start from scratch role. Theres an existing safety program in place. Whats needed now is a leader who can strengthen it, refine it, and drive it deeper into the field. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership! What Youll Own Reinforcing and elevating an established safety program Leading OSHA 10/30 training as an authorized Outreach Trainer Conducting jobsite audits across data centers, commercial builds, and infrastructure projects Driving meaningful incident investigations and root cause analysis Partnering with project managers to proactively plan for risk Holding crews and subcontractors accountable the right way This role requires influence. The ability to walk a jobsite, command respect, and build buy-in without ego. Project Environment Youll support work involving: Fiber optics & structured cabling Elevated work & fall protection Electrical exposure Active commercial and data center construction If youve worked in telecom, electrical, or specialty contracting, youll understand the pace and production pressures. What You Bring OSHA 10 & 30 (Construction) OSHA Outreach Trainer certification (required) 4+ years of construction safety leadership Strong investigation & hazard analysis experience Field credibility, not just policy knowledge Preferred: CSP, CHST, OSHA 500/501, bilingual English/Spanish.
