EMR: Cerner License: An active Michigan state license or IMLC membership is required Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Other Details: This opportunity seeks a Medical Oncology and Hematology physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including clinic call as needed, to support coverage during a recruitment gap. The role involves seeing an average of outpatient clinic patients per day in an oncology and hematology practice with strong support from oncology RNs, medical assistants, a social worker, dietitian, nurse navigator, onsite infusion services, and onsite CBCs, within a setting previously supported by two physicians and NP assistance. Responsibilities include providing outpatient hematology and oncology care and participating in tumor board meetings. Candidates must be board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology (truly board eligible will be considered), hold current BLS and ACLS certifications, provide a copy of a current NPDB self-query pulled within 30 days at presentation, and have familiarity with Cerner EMR, which is preferred.
