Job Description

Payroll Specialist LHH is working with a large payroll team to search for a temporary Payroll Specialist for the next twelve months. You will be processing weekly payroll for about 400 employees and they process payroll in multiple states so ideally they would like someone who has handled high volume, multi-state processing. This position offers a quick interview process so apply now if you are interested. Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll for employees across multiple states Stay updated on all federal and state tax guidelines Respond to employee inquiries Review contracts to ensure payroll accuracy Audit payroll variances and research to solve discrepancies Additional projects and tasks as needed Required Skills: At least three years of payroll processing experience Knowledge of payroll processing platforms, such as UKG or ADP, is preferred Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong customer service skills and able to communicate with internal customers Employment Type: Temporary for a year Hybrid schedule after training Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Details: $37.00 to $39.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Cona Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
