Senior Director, Process Automation Finance You will report directly to the Process Automation CFO and support the Process Automation North America General Manager. You'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. As a Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. You will drive the financial performance of Process Automation, providing strategic financial leadership and insights to support decision-making in the North America region by collaborating with senior regional and GBE partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial success, process improvements and efficiency in financial operations, and strong financial controls ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the finance function for the Honeywell Process Automation division in North America, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive financial outcomes and generate profitable growth with a strong cash flow profile. Ensure strong financial controls are in place and operating effectively. Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the regional level. Lead the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within a similar industry. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools. Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management roles. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
