Junior Account Executive

Junior Account Executive We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our growing Wholesale organization. You will play a key role in developing existing customers and help penetrate inactive partners. A strong candidate will have the ability to think quickly, adapt to change, and be excited to call and interact with our clients, building a strong rapport. Responsibilities Identify and activate already approved, existing non-producing Loan Officers Learn and become proficient in using company CRM Use existing company tools and CRM to initiate searches to identify prospecting opportunities Learn and become proficient in using industry data and subscriptions to identify potential clients Work with sales team to help grow current partner market share and engagement Assist with partner renewals Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Telemarketing and/or sales experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft office suite Professional, positive telephone presence Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges Enthusiastically contributes to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement At Spring EQ we recognize the importance of working with a sense of urgency.
